Visiting Hong Kong Disneyland this 2023 is absolutely perfect time as it finally opened borders to tourist with their relaxed travel requirements, which is nothing! Hong Kong doesn’t require any documents or any covid testing except travelers from China. We went straight to the hotel once we arrived Hong Kong. There is still free covid testing center but it is not mandatory to take a test anymore. We still prepare our vaccine certificates, and did rapid antigen testing 24hrs before the flight, but they didn’t ask for it when we arrived. Hong Kong is finally back for tourists!

Disneyland has park reservation though and is close during Tuesday and Thursday for sanitation. Hong Kong is still strict on wearing face masks at all times aside when eating. This is a perfect timing to visit because of its chilly weather too.

Katte and Gwen really missed Disneyland so this travel is all about Disneyland only. We stayed in Disneyland Hotel for 4days and 3nights and bought Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience as part of our 2day pass ticket in Disneyland park. The hotel is so beautiful and magical and many recreation facilities for the family. Our visit is also in time for Lunar New Year 2023 so there are more activities in the hotel. There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel, indoor and outdoor. They also have mini golf, storybook playroom which is an indoor playground, sauna, gym and many more.

You can book Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland hotel or park, but Katte and Gwen prefers to transformed into princess in the park to feel the newly built castle. The new castle is so magical as most of the Disney princess castle are all there in one. “Momentous” Nighttime spectacular fireworks is very dreamy and exceptional!
